Standard Topics include: Everyday Usage, Advanced Techniques, Power User, and Administration Tips and Tricks. The ACT! software training classes all last 4 hours.   

In addition, we offer customized training for ACT! geared to match your business.   

ACT  Class Descriptions:   

 Introduction to ACT! – This 4 hour course is designed for students who are new to ACT! by Sage and want to gain an understanding of the adding, removing contacts,performing lookups of contact details, recording notes and managing your calendar. If you’re looking to get up and running quickly with ACT!, this is the class you should take. Each student will be hands on, while viewing the Trainer’s screen via a projector.  This course is led by an ACT! Certified Premier Trainer.    

Advanced ACT! – This 4 hour course is designed for students who have been using ACT! by Sage and need to get more training on working with groups, doing mail merges, managing email and using Sales Opportunties. Each student will be hands on, while viewing the Trainer’s screen via a projector. This course is led by an ACT! Certified Trainer, and is limited to 20 students.   

ACT! Power User – This 4 hour course is designed for students who are familiar with the basics of ACT! by Sage and are ready to move to the next level. If you’re looking to really maximize the power of the ACT! program, then this class is the right one for you. Each student will be hands on, while viewing the Trainer’s screen via a projector. This course is led by an ACT! Certified Trainer, and is limited to 10 students.
